We received an invitation to receive a free hearing test from AudioNova. We made an appointment and received a very extensive hearing test from a very personal and expert Board Certified Hearing Care Provider Matthew Kassem. He explained everything thoroughly. By the end of the explanation, I was convinced that the hearing aid he recommended was the one for me.
I tried the aids and was extremely pleased. I no longer have to struggle to hear people and could hear TV clearly at a normal level.
The cost of these Swiss precision made hearing aids may be more than many other types but these are custom made and worth every penny I paid.
I can go back and meet with Matthew any time if I have questions or need additional training.
This is definitely the place and the person to see if you need a quality hearing aid.

EXCELLENT CARE I am a first-time user of hearing aids and can't say enough about the team at Active Life Hearing (Boca Raton)! Just super service from initiating my first appointment (which included a comprehensive hearing test by Matthew Kassem), extensive choice in hearing aids, full disclosure of costs and what is included, and the all-important follow-up visits. I'm 79 years old, a research scientist and it was immediately apparent that Matthew was a well-trained expert. He explained the results of my hearing test, what issues I had, the level of hearing aids that would help me, the cost implications and the features of the hearing aids that I selected. I picked the latest premium release of a "top-of-line" brand and after a month I'm so happy that I did. I didn't realize what I have been missing. Once I left the office after being fitted, a whole new world of sounds opened up and the best part is that I can participate in conversations without saying "what did you say". On my first follow-up visit, Matthew listened to my issues/concerns, made an adjustment, and educated me even more about my hearing aids so that I could get the best performance from them. One last comment, do not let price alone be your determining factor when choosing hearing aids, go with a device that will improve your quality of life ... like I did.
